Shipping Information and Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your order, an e-mail confirming payment and processing will be sent within 1 to 3 business days. We always verify the availability of your product(s) before shipping the order. We will contact you if necessary concerning availability of a product (size, color) and any item on back order will be shipped within 45 to 60 days unless otherwise advised by the customer for any cancellation. If the item(s) in your order are out of stock, or there is any delay, we will send you an email with an update on the status of your order. If you ordered multiple items and we do not have all the items in stock, we will send them separately. All orders are shipped UPS ground. Customers should expect a standard delivery time of 7 to 16 business days (1 to 3 weeks). Because of the wide range of products offered, and the number of centrally located warehouses available, Jacketsforbikers cannot guarantee the delivery of any particular order by a specific date. Our warehouses strive to ship and deliver products within a reasonable time frame. Once again if there is going to be any delay to the time frames mentioned above, you will be notified via email and in which case the warehouse will, according to federal regulations, deliver the product within thirty (30) days of the late-notification date. We offer free shipping for most of the USA. Exceptions to free shipping include PO Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.
Upon receiving your order, each carton should be checked for damage or tampering before signing for delivery receipt. Do Not Discard damaged cartons as they may be held for inspection purposes. If you do receive a damaged package from UPS, notify your local UPS customer service for advice and write ?Damaged Carton? on all delivery receipts before signing.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns: All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancies, defects or shortages must be reported to Jacketsforbikers immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Please write the RMA# on the outside of each carton for quicker service. Jacketsforbikers reserves the right to determine the nature of any defects and discrepancies of all return merchandise. Any credits/ replacements will only be made after returns have been received by Jacketsforbikers.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on merchandise being returned 15 days after the invoiced purchased date. If merchandise is defective, or returned in perfect condition, it can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase date.
Back Orders: All backorders will be shipped within 45-60 days unless the customer cancels the order. Please advise Jacketsforbikers if you wish to cancel your via email or phone.
Exchanges: In the event that you are not totally satisfied, for any reason, with your purchase, we offer a 15 day product exchange: the product may be returned within the 15 days from the date the order was received.
Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions and include a copy of the invoice along with the
products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or
exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of
use.
Return Instructions: Before returning an item, please email us at support@jacketsforbikers.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) Upon receiving your (RMA#) please ship merchandise in original packaging at customers expense. We do not offer paid return shipping at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience
