 How Does Jacketsforbikers process on-line payments?
At Jacketsforbikers, we know that security is very important for our customers and for all Internet shoppers. That is why Jacketsforbikers has chosen Authorize.net for the processing of your on-line payments. Authorize.net provides a highly regarded and exceptionally secure payment service designed using the latest fraud protection techniques which protects both the consumers and the on-line merchant. We also DO NOT store our customer's private credit card information in any of our databases. Once your order is processed, your personal financial information is deleted from our system completely. If you would like to place another order with us in the future, you will be required to enter your credit card information again as we have not saved or stored it from your previous order.

What type of Credit Cards can I use for my Jacketsforbikers purchase?
You can pay with any of the following credit cards... VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Do you accept orders over the phone or through e-mail?
Yes, please contact Customer Service if you would like to place an order over the phone.  Our customer service department is available to take your calls Monday to Friday 9-5 MST.

Can I cancel or change an order after I have completed the sale?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. This allows a 24 hour window in which it is possible to cancel or change your order. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to make changes to an order or cancel your order. We will refund the credit as soon as we receive and process your cancellation, however, your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, however at this time we only offer USPS international and it usually takes 6-10 business days

How do I shop on Jacketsforbikers?
Start by clicking on a product category, once you find a product of interest, click on the image for a detailed description and larger picture of the product, along with a listing of available sizes. From this details section you can add the item to your cart or go back to the product list by simply pressing your "back" button. When you find a product you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the specified product to your cart. If the product has options, (size, or color for example), ensure you have chosen the correct options before adding the item to your cart. The item will be placed into your View Cart which is located on the top of every page.

How do I add a product to my Cart?
To add an item to your Cart, click the product's "Add To Cart" button. This will add one of the specified products to your shopping cart. If the item you wish to purchase has options associated with it (for example: Size, Color), please ensure that you choose the correct product options before clicking the "Add To Cart" button. When a product has been successfully added to your Cart, you can select the View Cart tab on the top of every page to see what you have in your cart. The Total Cost of the items in your cart will also be calculated and updated.

How do I find a specific product?
There are many ways to navigate through Jacketsforbikers website to find products of interest to you...
Click the the product image of choice on the "Home" page. This will take you to a product category with further sub categories.
Select a category from the Category list found on the top left column of each page.
Use our Search to enter a short description of the product you are looking for. The Search Engine will look through Jacketsforbikers products to find the best match to your description. The Search can be found on the top of each page.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than the billing address of my credit card?
Yes, please enter the alternate address in the fields provided during checkout.

Will I be notified when my order ships?
We will email you the shipping details soon after our delivery carrier takes possession of your shipment. In most cases your order will be processed and shipped within one to three business days.

Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, in the event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15 day product exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 15 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions and include a copy of the invoice along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use. Upon receiving your (RMA#) please ship merchandise in original packaging at customers expense. We do not offer paid return shipping at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience.

What does "Hardware" refer to in the product descriptions?
Hardware refers to non-leather accessories that make up a leather item. Zippers, snap buttons, buckles and conchos are all examples of hardware. You will find that durable, top quality hardware is used in all the leather products that we carry.

Are your products made of genuine leather?
All of our products are crafted from the highest quality cowhide and water buffalo ensuring durability and comfort that looks great and offers the protection that you deserve.

How do I measure myself so I know what size I need? Do you offer a conversion chart?
